Despite how busy they are, they always made me feel welcome and heard.
I’m suffering from Severe Tinnitus and Severe Hearing Loss since December 2002. The right Ear has 24/7 Loud Ringing noise with Heart Beats or Pulse Sound.
For 23 long years, I felt like no one truly listened to me and could help. Every ENT I saw told me the same discouraging words: “You just have to live with it.”

Can I schedule appointments outside of typical work hours?
We understand the Austin work schedule is not always flexible. Our South Austin office is open Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 5 PM, and we do our best to accommodate early-morning and late-afternoon slots when possible. If you need a time outside our standard hours, call us and we will work something out.
How long will Bluetooth streaming from my phone actually last on modern hearing aids?
Most current prescription hearing aids offer 18–24 hours of battery life with regular use, and Bluetooth streaming from your phone reduces that somewhat depending on how much you stream. Rechargeable models typically still get you through a full day even with heavy streaming. During your fitting, your audiologist can recommend the battery option that fits your daily routine.
Do you offer telehealth or remote adjustments?
Yes, many modern prescription hearing aids support remote programming, which means your audiologist can make adjustments without you coming into the office. For follow-up fine-tuning, this can save you time and traffic. For first fittings and comprehensive evaluations, an in-office visit is still the standard.
